Our company prohibits the use of any raw materials in our supply chain that contain metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) that are sourced from mines located in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling routes, or that are directly or indirectly controlled by armed groups or unlawful organizations.

 

We are also committed, or will be committed, to conducting thorough due diligence throughout our supply chain to ensure that these metals — gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) — are not sourced from mines in conflict regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, nor obtained through illegal smuggling or controlled by armed or illegal groups.
